Dolphins are the main subject of my work.
Sitting close to the water I paint in bright acrylic colours on driftwood I find by the sea shore.
The uneven texture of the wood that has travelled hither und thither in
the ocean to find a place on an isolated shoreline is fascinating to
paint on. The dolphins appear to be already in the wood!!
The painted wood then goes on another journey to remind us of the
healing energy of the dolphins and their freedom in the ocean.
